Adding a Contact

To add a contact:

1 Click the Add button in

the Toolbar or

press Command - Shift - N.

2 A new text box appears below the

currently selected scene.

3 Type in a name for the contact and

it is immediately available in Address

Book.

4 Add notes for the Contact which

can include pictures.

Note: Deleting a contact from Montage will

also delete it from Address Book.

Contacts have the following fields:

First Name, Last Name, Agency, Address,

City, State, Zip, Email, Homepage, Phone,

Fax, Response, Date, and Notes.
